In the manufacture of wooden puzzles, we use high-precision stationary laser cutting. The thickness of the laser is within 5 microns, which is equivalent to the diameter of 1/20 of a hair.
This is what ensures the pieces to joint perfectly with each other. It also guarantees the pleasure while assembling.
